In 2010 I travelled to Hartford,Connecticut, to attend the American Woodturners Association annual convention. Much to my delight, I found that Mark Twain had a museum house there. What a pleasure to tour the home and to actually experience an era and time in which he lived. I especially enjoyed his man cave on the top floor of the house with its billard table and mementos . I can imagine the interesting people he entertained there, the inspiring discussions, flow of libations and cigar smoke.
